I grew up in wilds of PA [Sigel, PA]. Art has always been present throughout my life. If I had something in my hands it was usually transformed into art no matter what the medium.
In the mid 90’s I started at Clarion University for Biology and Environmental Education but quickly turned to my passion as an artist and started my formal education as a dual concentration major in ceramics, fabric surface design and weaving with a minor in Digital Arts.
In 2020 I opened my pottery studio in Reynoldsville and have been a full time potter since.
My work ranges from whimsical to rustic and traditional to fine art pieces. Whatever inspiration I find or that comes my way gets translated into pieces. A challenge to “figure something out” or create something new and push my boundaries is always my favorite.
Seeing people use my pieces in everyday life is a true joy.
